PaymentPayment is due within 5 days of purchase. On the fifth day, a reminder notice will be sent. For orders within Australia I accept PayPal, EFT or Direct Deposit (leave eBay user ID as a reference), Money Orders and COD (under prior arrangement). I do not accept personal cheques or international money orders. For all intertational orders I only accept PayPal.
ShippingI ship all domestic orders via Express Post where possible. Larger items will be sent via Registered mail. International orders ship via Airmail. Once your order has been processed and I have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please note that payment can take up to 14 days to clear through PayPal, depending on the account type from which the funds were transferred. I highly recommend insurance on all international orders. Although I take the utmost care in packaging and posting your items, I cannot be held responsible for uninsured items that get lost in transit. I also reserve the right to insist that insurance be paid for.
Warranty & ReturnI stand behind the quality of all my items. I also aim to keep my customers happy and am proud of the positive feedback I receive. If a product is found to be faulty upon delivery, simply contact me to return it and I will replace it with a brand new item. If you purchase the wrong item or simply change your mind, I will do my best to help you out, but exchange will be solely at my discretion. Goods must be returned in an “As new”, saleable condition. Opened items will incur a 20% restocking fee.

RatedR is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment or act of nature. The buyer understands that some parts may need modifications for correct fitment, removal of factory lights/body work etc. We recommend you have a skilled technician install the parts purchased. Not all shops charge the same amount, or have the same quality work performed.
