- Products are dispatched by Registered post(default).
- Extra postage is needed for a special delivery (Express Delivery) if you want to receive your order in 4 workdays.
- Items are generally shipped out the next business day after the payment is verified(Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.). Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your order is out.
- Most of the cost you are noticing actually comes from the expense of high quality packing, advanced audit testing and rigorous quality control. The postage includes the delivery and service charges, packing materials and handling fee.

- We aren't responsible for the wrong or undeliverable address. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customer will be charged the additional postage and handling fee so incurred. When the 2nd Delivery and service charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps won't be accepted, nor would they be returned.

Note:eCheck would delay 3~4 workdays.
Any payment funded by your bank account will be sent as an "echeck" if you don't have a valid credit or debit card attached to your Paypal account. If you've always made "instant" payments in the past but still paid through your bank account, it was because you had a credit or debit card attached to your account as a backup funding source.
Most likely the credit card you had on on file has expired or you deleted that card. Log in to your Paypal account and select "Profile" - under "Financial Information" select "Credit Cards" - if it is an expired card then you will want to EDIT the card on file and change the expiration date. If there is no credit card listed, you'll need to add a credit or debit card to your account.
All bank account payments are technically "echecks" - that require time to clear, just like a paper check but by having a credit card on file PayPal knows they can bill the credit card if the echeck payment bounces - so they call the payment "instant".

Return&Replacement
|
We warrant that the products sold in our account, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our detailed warrant policy is as follows:
- Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
- All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number,
- Customers are strongly recommended to
keep the original postal package for 90
days from the purchase otherwise we do not
responsible for the return postage for any
reason.
- In returning items to us, C.O.D. on shipments will not be accepted.
- If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
- Returns due to our error:
- If products are returned to us within 30 days from the purchase day, we will bear all the shipping charges for exchange; and if justified, refund will be made in full. However, products so returned must be 100% complete. If items are returned by express delivery or courier, refund will only cover up to au$10.00.
- After thirty (30) days and up to ninety (90) days of purchase, we will refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or replace any defective product(s). Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges.
- After ninety (90) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all the shipping charges (including the return and resending ones).
- Replacement products or refund will be arranged for all fault products returned, subject to technical test results that justify Customers complaint.
- Please ensure that returned items are the one that you purchased from us. Should you send us any other products that are not purchased from us and want to have them back, you have to pay for all the additional shipping charges so incurred.
