2. Whilst every care is taken to ensure goods are properly packaged for shipping, once handed to over to Australia Post we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage. Loss and damages are to be brought to the attention of Australia Post. All claims are the responsibility of buyers.
3. Items can only be returned to us within 1 week of purchase. A re-stocking fee of 25% of purchase price will be charged. Items must be returned in their original condition along with accessories and packaging. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
4. If a product is defective upon arrival, buyers have a maximum of 3 days to notify us for a replacement. After 3 days, please refer to warranty terms and conditions. Under no circumstance will the shipping & handling charges be refunded.
5. Items will only be shipped upon positive confirmation of payment. This means any cheques or money orders are cleared and fund transfers are successful.
6. Although we ship fairly quickly, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
7. This product is covered by 30 days Australian warranty. Should you ever need to exercise it, send your player back to us, not some place overseas! Look closely and you'll see other sellers tell you to "refer to manufacturer" - manufacturer is usually overseas.
