  • By bidding on our auctions you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our warranty and returns policies. Please review our policies before to placing your bids.
  • In any correspondence username and item number must be stated.
  • The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 5 days from the end of the auction.
  • All payments are to be made payable directly to 'Global SES Trading Pty Ltd'.

  • Global SES Trading adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay, and PayPal if appliccable.
  • We will email you with payment details shortly after the auction closes.
  • While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.

  Postage, Handling and Delivery

  • Pick-ups can only be arranged for items above 20kgs. Pick-ups cannot be arranged for items below 20kg - no exceptions.
  • Items will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
  • Dispatch of goods is arranged by Global SES Trading.
  • For all Domestic deliveries please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. In most cases delivery will be considerably quicker.
  • For all International deliveries please allow up to 30 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is considerably quicker. International buyers: As an International buyer, you are liable for all the taxes and customs clearance fees that may arise.
  • No weekend or after hours delivery available.
  • Global SES Trading cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damages to any goods in transit. Insurance can be arranged on request, the costs for this have to be paid by the purchaser.

  Warranty & Returns

  • All items are covered by the warranty outlined in the product description.
  • If your item is damaged on arrival or non functional within 7 days from the date of arrival we will replace the item depending on availability of stock. We will ship the replacement item within 14 working days after having received the faulty item.The return shipment fee has to be paid by the purchaser and the replacement will be shipped for free for products under 20kg.
  • We will not replace any item unless faulty or damaged items have been received complete in box with all accessories.
  • Any item needed to be returned for warranty purposes after 7 days, the postage cost is at purchasers expense in both ways (sending and receiving).
  • Postage and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Any warranties do not cover accidental or deliberate breakage
