Payment

Please pay within 7 days of the auction ending, lack of communication and none payment will lead to an unpaid item dispute.  I accept PayPal for payment, as well as cheques or postal orders.  Please note that items paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

Shipping

I always try to post a.m. Monday-Friday, the same day as payment is cleared, if not the day after.  I will post outside of the UK, but please request a price for these postage costs prior to bidding.

Postage & Proof of Postage

I post Royal Mail recorded/ registered delivery, Monday to Friday before 2 pm, this excludes bank holidays. Proof of Postage is always obtained, but I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage after the parcel has been posted. In the event of loss, I will make a claim with Royal Mail and await their decision, before a refund is issued to you. 

Refunds

I list as honestly as possible and would not sell anything unless I would be prepared to receive it myself.  In the unlikely event that you do have a problem please contact me within 7 days, before leaving feedback, and I will do my best to resolve it.
