THE DRESS HAS A WONDERFUL FLORAL PATTERN, PADDED SHOULDERS, SMALL GATHERS AT THE WAIST,  A SIDE STEEL ZIPPER AND SNAPS AT THE CUFF. THE SIZE IS A 10-12 WITH A 40 INCH BUST, 30 INCH WAIST, 46 INCH HIPS, 43 INCH LENGTH, 24 INCHES CUFF TO SHOULDER SEAMS, 32 INCH SLEEVES CUFF TO CENTER COLLAR AND 16 1/2 INCHES FROM SHOULDER TO SHOULDER SEAMS.
