Returns & Warranty

•  Refunds given only if item DOA and cannot be replaced. If so, PLS reported within 5 days and return to us within 14 days from the delivery date for exchange or refund. We will cover the return shipping fee.

•  If you need to return, you should contact our customer service representative first and check the problem, then get a unique address for return.

•  It is IMPORTMENT to declare you package as “Product for Return” on the Customs Declaration Form, and DO REMEMBER SIGN YOUR EBAY ID AND ITME No., or your return won’t be accepted.

•  Warrenty covers replacement or repair.
