Vietnam War - North Vietnamese Army (NVA) 'Chicom' SKS ammunition Bandolier.

Manufactured in China and supplied to the North Vietnamese, this bandolier was worn on the chest and designed to hold ammunition for the Soviet/Chinese SKS Carbine rifle. It was standard issue for all North Vietnamese Army troops equipped with the SKS rifle thoughout the war. Made from thick, Khaki green-coloured canvas webbing, it has 10 small pockets with flaps and wooden peg fasteners, 2 adjustable shoulder/neck straps and back ties. The 'Chicom' manufacturer's stamp is printed on the back (see photo).

Complete and in used but good condition for it's age.

Highly collectable, of interest to all Vietnam collectors and enthusiasts. Bona fide bidders only, please.
