VINTAGE 1950'S LONGLINE BRA

This genuine late 1950's or early 60's Longline bra comes in a wonderful style and is New Old store stock, complete with it's cute original packaging!
Fashoned by 'Amethyst' with seriously pointed circle stitched cups and pretty cotton picot lace trim at the neckline.
The bra is in cotton broadcloth, with 3 panel construction on the lower part and elastic inserts at the front side panel for comfort and a great fit.
The back has a low cut neckline and two hooks with two rows of eyes on elastic for perfect adjustment. The straps are woven cotton and are fully adjustable with metal fittings, and have elastic at the base of the front strap. The packaging is fabulous, the original plastic packet has pink printing stating' Make up that Flatters' and the size 38B on the front. The back has a illustration of another style in the range and full washing instructions.

MEASUREMENTS
size: 38B which is the BUST size, with a generous B cup fitting,which should fit up to a C cup
hem, which sits just above the waist:30 at loosest setting; expands to approx 34 max
actual bust: 39 * and This will vary according to the width of your back
underbust: approx 32 expands to approx 35  "

CONDITION
very Good-never worn . the elastic on the left strap has some age marking and yellowing, as does the strap at the front edge,the other elastioc sections have some minor age spots,abrely visible.Elastic still strong and perfectly stretchy. Top paper section is a litle torn and creased from years of storage !
