VINTAGE 1960'S GIRLS STRIPED SUN HAT NWT SIZE X-SMALL

This fabulous 1960's girls cotton sun hat is fashioned by 'Tiffany ' for Ash in a fabulous woven striped seersucker fabric in blue, lime green, and pink with aqua.New old shop stock, just as originally sold!

The deep crown is made up in 6 segments and which are interfaced with fine Vilene.The brim is faced in lovely blue colour and the top of the crown is finished with a covered button, also in the blue. These hats were often called 'bucket hats' for obvious reasons! The hat can be worn just pulled on , or you can turn the front brim up for a neat effect.

Size Vintage Girls large, modern x-small
Will fit approx 50cm head size. (19-5/8") approx from 3 years to 10 years old.
I would recommended you check your childs head measurement to check that this treasure will fit!
Width of the crown measured approx 3-1/2" up from the base of hat is 21-1/4" (54cm)
width at bottom edge: 31" (78.8cm)
length from top of hat to hem is 11"(28cm)
