VINTAGE BABY BOY CREEPER SET BY CAROL JAY W/BOX 1960's

Vintage baby boys creeper set with original box and card envelope. Outfit is white Dacron size 3-6 months outfit has machine embroidery design on vest and collar. vest is 5" length 7 1/" across shoulder 3 white pearly buttons. Suit has snap crotch collar with design. Suit is 14" sleeve 3" x 4" snap back. Box on end reads, Creeper set small size Carol Jar Gift wear #405 . Tag on outfit reads Carol Jay Creation Dacron by Haddad Brothers has the card envelope no card. Condition is very nice no stains holes tears or material deterioration. Very nice set from the 1960's.
