These were picked up at an estate sale. It is marked BEACON and OCCUPIED JAPAN . There is NO case or strap. The eyepieces move freely and they seem to focus OK. I'm not sure if they need adjustments or parts. Selling AS IS NO RETURNS. Please look at the pictures. Questions welcome.
