Our vintage garments and accessories are in good, used or unused, clean condition....we try to describe these items as best we can.  Many garments have been in storage, so may have some creasing, which is easily removed with a domestic steamer or ironing (according to care instructions on garment).  However, there may be slight variations to colour due to photo quality, sizing due to country of manufacture, average wear,  and also the era in which they were produced, so we encourage you to ask any questions – prior to bidding.   It may be best to buy a size larger than usual, as it is easier to tailor down, if needed, rather than the expense of return.   We provide a high level of customer service and will generally get back to you with a response to your enquiry within an hour or 2 (please allow up to 12 hours for international enquiries due to time difference).  Any faults or absence of tags, etc. are usually included in the description – so please read carefully.  Our return policy is for items that are significantly different to description (i.e. you receive a red garment instead of black, or long sleeves instead of short, major flaw, etc.).  Whilst we are very flexible and obliging with our return policy, we also ask buyers to take responsibility in their purchase, ask questions and trade fairly, as we aim to do,  providing a positive trading experience.  Refunds are provided for purchase price only, not postage to send or return item.
