Incredible burnout velvet evening coat of silk: it has opera length sleeves and a full open design with a princess collar.
The true beauty is in the burnout velvet, which is of rich deep purple, red and green with some black. It is iridescent depending on how you see it so it almost looks like it is lit from within.
There are no shoulder seams or pads. It’s lined in black silk satin. With side seam pockets and is loose fitting so that it will fit a range of sizes. The label is Fernandi Desgranges 372 Rue St Honore Paris Made in France. This is a true piece of design history.
The size is a range of small to large. The mannequin is small and it fits her, but you can see by the measurements that it will fit a large as well, even extra large.
