This classic gravy jug from Johnson Bros measures 7cm high to the lip and 17cm X 8.5cm across the top without the handle; the bowl is rounded and tapered. It is in "fair" condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or fading. The gilding is worn on the handle; the gilt in the motif is also a little worn; background colour is cream. The jug has all over fine crazing. This is still a lovely jug and still serviceable. A lovely collector's item. The base is marked: Victorian; Johnson Bros., England.
