VINTAGE HANDCRAFTED WOOD PIGSKIN DRUM

The skins are fitted to both ends for maximum sound and versatility as required.

approx. 20cm/8" tall x 12cm diameter one end, 12.7cm diameter at the other. The widest points of the barrel shaped wooden drum are approx. 12.5cm diameter.

The skin is not drawn super tight, I suppose that this can be adjusted with the strings, but even so has a nice resonance.

Suggest circa 1950's/1960's.
