VINTAGE LARGE HTF 'RODDY' ENGLISH VINYL DOLL 23" HEAVY

A vintage 1960s RODDY doll made of hard vinyl, this size is unusual and hard to find, as most Roddy vinyl dolls were smaller to 15". This one is 23" (59 cm), a tall girl made of heavy vinyl. She balances and stands very well on shoes, sits and poses with all jointed neck and limbs.

Marked behind head with 'Roddy', has original curly saran red hair all there no missing plugs, slightly wiry due to age but still curly and can be styled to look gorgeous. She has bright eyes, and all thick original eyelashes, eyes open shut and eyelids clean & pink.

All joints secure and pose, her head swivels sideways and also tilts upwards/downwards. All digits are there, no missing pieces, chew marks, bad scratches or tears in the vinyl. Smooth body and limbs, very nice color. There is some lightening on her face on parts of forehead, eyes and right cheek, it is not significant enough to detract from her sweet face and overall facial color and can be easily covered with blush or just left alone. But must mention anyway.

She wears a sweet white dress w red dots, ribbons and waist sash. Vintage old undies and replaced socks. If you BIN the doll, I will include a pair of vintage white vinyl shoes.
