Please note that we use a national courier delivery system with online tracking. Once we dispatch we will email you the tracking number & date so you can follow the progress of your item. The couriers will leave a callback card if no-one is available to sign for the item. Can you please follow-up & arrange re-delivery asap. This is your responsibility once posted but we will assist as much as we can in the event of delays.

1.    If the item description states “NOT WORKING” that means it s not working. We sell these items primarily for spare parts, so please note that we are not responsible if you purchase a ‘non working’ item and are unable to fix it.

2.    We are however, very happy to answer any of your questions to the best of our ability.

3.    All winning bids are final. Please do not make a bid if you do not intend paying for the item.

4.    While all care is taken- any errors or omission in the item detail is purely unintentional.

6.    Winner is to make contact within 48 hours to arrange payment and shipping.

7.    We accept PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Internet Bank Deposit and cash on collection. Please make sure you pay the correct amount, including postage, if you want the item sent to you. If you are collecting the item please make sure you have the correct amount.

8.    Failure to make contact may lead to negative Feedback. If you intend on leaving Negative Feedback please contact us prior to doing so, as we would appreciate the chance to fix the situation.

9. Regrettably, we will no longer take Scuba Tanks to be tested. We can recommend where to have the tank tested on the Gold Coast and we do offer a full refund if Tanks do not pass testing.

Shipping and Handling:

We keep our postage charges as low as possible and generally don’t use Australia Post.

2.    We are also happy for items to be collected from us in Bundall, on the Gold Coast. This can be arranged via email and/or text.

3.    We do our best to provide you the cheapest possible postage however, sometimes due to the nature of the item, postage is can be expensive, so please bear this in mind when making a bid. We structure our postage costs based on the materials used to pack the goods as well as the actual postage itself. We do not make profit on our postage.

4.    PLEASE NOTE!  Our courier does not deliver to P.O Boxes. If your EBay address is a P.O Box- please provide a street or residential address upon payment. If you do not provide a deliverable address, we will have to contact you separately and your item may be delayed.

5.    Items will not be sent until funds have been cleared.

6.    All items are tracked as part of the courier service. The Courier service requires all items to be signed for on delivery. If this will be a problem please advise us to instruct that any item can be left safely according to your instructions. Otherwise, if no one is available to receive the item, the courier will leave a card with tracking number and contact phone number.

7.    It will be your responsibility to call & arrange re-delivery at a suitable time. Please make this contact promptly.

8.    We generally dispatch within 2 business days of the payment being cleared - however, it may take up to 4 business days, depending on how many items need to be packed and sent. If there is a backlog we will email you with an estimate of when we will dispatch your item.

9.    The courier service will usually be next day for metropolitan areas and up to 2 days for non-metro areas.

10.   All costs associated with returning items for either refund or service, is the responsibility of the Buyer.

11.   Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship items overseas. This is primarily due to the cost of shipping many of our items which are large, heavy and bulky.
