Brand: PRAKTICA.  
On offer is a C. 1970 " PRAKTICA L " 35mm SLR camera, Case, and Instructions. The body of the camera is in very good condition with no Dents or other imperfections. The leatherette covering is sound and not lifting. The lens is an Mayer-Optic Oreston 50 mm F 1.8. The lens is very clean with no Scratches or Fungus, and has a Lens Cap. The Iris Diaphragm operates smoothly through all settings. The Return mirror operates correctly. The Metal Focal Plane Shutter is also in good condition. NOW READ THIS. The advance leaver operates correctly and winds on the Shutter. Occasionally the shutter then operates correctly. However on other occasions when the Film Advance Lever reaches the fully advanced position the Shutter does not remain closed but flies to a fully open position. I do not know the reason for this but I suspect that a spring is in need of replacement or some other adjustment. The Camera Case is in very good condition with no damage. The Instruction booklet is also in good condition. Now apart from the problem with the shutter this outfit is in a very nice state.
