Seller's RULES of Thumb:

    1.    Contact the seller please through the “Ask seller a question” button, should there be any inquiry, at least before bidding so returns be prevented. Thanks! Extra effort was exhausted to describe the item with accuracy and consistency. If I missed something in my description, PHOTOGRAPHS had it already.

    2.    ONE Hundred percent (100%) is guaranteed as to the authenticity of my items (watches).

    3.    Please take note that the item for bidding is not brand new but a pre-owned one unless stated otherwise. Ergo, you're advised of some traces of wearing.

    4.    This watch has NOT recently been WATERPROOF or pressure tested. 

    5.    The photographs usually look less better than the actual item (watch).

    6.    If the item gets damaged due to shipment. Kindly send the item back, for me to have it repaired ASAP at no cost to you provided it hasn't been tampered nor opened.

    7.    For any reason, you want to send the watch back, there will still be a refund and should be requested within 2 (TWO) days after the package has been received, but excluding shipping fee. Likewise, there will be a 15% percent deduction from the ending/winning amount intended to eBay and other fees made.

    8.    To participate in the bid process is legally binding. The so-called bidder and seller contract applies. Therefore, if you are not sure of buying, PLEASE don’t bid. Every SALE is FINAL!

     9.    The Seller reserves the right to cancel bids for obviously a justifiable reason. Thus,  “joy bidders” are not encourage to participate to give way to GENUINE bidders. Zero and or excessive negative feedback bidders are required to contact or  email the seller first before placing a bid or your bid “might” be removed without prior notice.

    10.     The winning bidder is responsible for the local taxes applicable in his locality. Kindly find out your taxes before bidding. Thank you!

                                                       Mode of Payment/Payment due:

    -Payment is due 3 days after the auction has ended! PLEASE PAY AFTER YOU HAVE GOTTEN THE INVOICE, shipping rate at times would vary depending your location. I reserve the right to re-list the item for failure of paying within the grace period given.

   - INSURANCE is at the discretion of the BUYER. If you’re interested in INSURANCE, contact us first as it is not available in some other countries.

   - PLEASE use Paypal (International Buyers) or Bank wire transfer (for Local Buyers Only: email me for the bank details please).

-For LOCAL: You are bidding in US Dollars and NOT in Philippines peso. Winning bidders, shipping cost is Php200 and item will be shipped thru AIR21 (24-hour delivery service) soon after the payment gets completed.

-You can either meet up with me within Araneta Center or Tomas Morato area. Hence, pay cash.
