DRESS WITH RAISED WAISTLINE SEAM HAS GATHERED SKIRT, BACK ZIPPER, LONG SLEEVES GATHERED INTO SLIGHTLY CUT-IN ARMHOLES HAVE SHIRRING ELASTIC AT WRIST FORMING FRILL AND EDGING TRIM.

VIEW 1 AND 2, HAVE PANELLED BODICE, STAND COLLAR AND BOW TRIM.

VIEW 3 AND 4, HAVE LINED BODICE WITH LOWERED NECKLINE.

IF THIS PATTERN ISN'T YOUR SIZE, THERE A  NUMBER OF INTERNET SITES THAT SHOW YOU HOW TO RESIZE THEM. JUST GOOGLE RESIZE A PATTERN.
