in the bentwood style
and have traditional
split cane bases

The side table has a
woven cane/rattan top
and second tier

This lovely suite has some age
~ perhaps 35-40 years ~
and has been given
various painted finishes
over the years

Most recently all five pieces
 have
been whitewashed,
the finish has been lightly distressed,
allowing some of the
other finishes
to come through . . .

overall there is a lovely patina
with loads of character and charm

Overall ~ Very Good Vintage

There is some binding trim missing
from a couple of the legs
on the chairs,
one of the photos
(#13)
depicts this quite accurately

For accuracy, the second shelf
on the table exhibits a little
sagging, perhaps limit
storage to smaller, lighter items.
The top however is taut and strong

All four chairs are strong and sturdy

As mentioned, the finish shows
previous layers and
is intentionally distressed
and shabby
