Very cleopatra :) Super unusual & unique silver toggle adjustable necklace with multiple overlaid dimensional panels for a 3D back. Even the back of this piece is fabulous! The panels have a mirrored finish & an etched design on the bottoms. They each measure a large 1.75cms x 1cm (just over 1/2" x 1/4" inch). This vintage piece weights in at a hefty 30grams and is high gloss sterling ?? silver (there are no hallmarks to confirm). Massive! attention to detail on this vintage piece. The curb chain either side is wide at 0.5cms (3/10th of an inch) and finishes with fish hook and silver ball. Wear it longer or shorter, whatever mood suits you :) End to end laid flat is measures approx: 41cms (16 1/4" inches). It is in excellent to mint condition (darkness is the camera's fault). Vintage, age & designer unknown.
