~ RARE AUTHENTIC Vintage Estate Jewellery from the U.S.A. ~ Very Old, Age unknown ~ Antique ??? ~  A new consignment into stock. Specifically xmas themed genuine vintage pieces from Estates in Ohio, Kentucky & Tennessee.  Very unique!  Bookmark my auctions & do not miss your bids! ~

Rare circa 1950's unsigned vintage designer Christmas Tree Brooch.  This is MAGNIFICENT! in an Art Deco geometric design in beautiful gold fill (no hallmarks to confirm content).  The branches alternate with emerald green diamond cut, rhinestones and rows of AB Aurora Borealis stones which shimmer in  white, purple, pinks & blues.  STUNNING. (Aurora borealis stones were created by Christian Dior in collaboration with Swarovski Crystals of Austria.  They change to a rainbow of colours on light refraction/angle viewed).  Top this off with a star and ruby red rhinestone at the top and its' magical :)  Weighs in at a hefty 10grams and measures laid flat approx:  A large 5.5cms x 2.5cms (2 1/4" x 1" inch).  It's a very thick piece and finishes on the rear with the traditional lock over brooch closure.  With all stones in place, it is in excellent to mint condition.  A VERY UNIQUE Christmas gift!  Grab it before l change my mind :)  Vintage, designer unknown.
