All items are shipped via Australia Post or courier service. We do not offer local pick-up. All items must be shipped on our nominated shipper. We cannot use other accounts.

Days in Transit
Days in transit are Monday thru Friday only. Weekends and National holidays are not considered. When items are dispatched we will provide estimated date of delivery, however this is not a guaranteed date. For courier service please use shipment tracking details for accurate date of delivery.

• Please note that any taxes, duties, or import fees charged by your government are your responsibility. These vary by country. Please contact your local customs agent for further information.
• All international shipments include a commercial invoice with the required declared value, which cannot be changed.

Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. Once payments are verified, items are typically shipped within one business day. Orders must be received (checkout completed and payment verified) by 12:00pm AEST to be eligible for same day dispatch service. Orders paid by Paypal e-Cheques cannot be shipped via an same day dispatch service.

Reduced shipping for multiple items
We can combine shipping for multiple items as long as you do not complete checkout prior to adding additional items. For orders with multiple items, you will be charged the appropriate additional item fee after the first item which will be charged at the single item rate. Combine purchases must be checked out within 7 days of auction end of the first item.

Insurance
All items are insured. If your item is damaged in shipment, we will work with you to remedy the situation.

Order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation with a shipment tracking number once the item ships. The status of the order may be tracked on website link online. Tracking is not available for Australia post parcels, however reference number would be provided upon request.

Shipping Rates
Please note that shipping charges for oversized items (such as Plasma or LCD TVs) will be excluded from consolidation. An oversized item will consolidate into your order for the purposes of payment but its published shipping charge will be added to the combined shipping charge for the remaining items.

International Duties, Taxes and Fees
International customers may be subject to additional import duties, taxes and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Your shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and brokerage. Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. Please call your local customs office for more information. We are required by law to state the actual purchase price for declared value. We cannot change this amount.

Checkout
After you have won the auction, or after the Buy It Now, please complete the checkout. Ensure you choose appropriate payment method. After the auction has ended, you will receive an award notification e-mail with checkout instructions from eBay.

Payment Terms and Sales Tax
All items must be paid within 7 days. You will receive a payment notification after seven days. If payment is not received by the 7th day, your auction will be revoked and considered non-paid. A non-paying bidder report will be filed with eBay. If you bid on the item in error, you may be subject to a relisting fee. All payments must be made in Australian Currency.

Credit Cards
We DO NOT accept credit cards, however you can pay via Paypal which accepts Visa and MasterCard.

PayPal
We accept Paypal payments. If your Paypal account is linked to a checking or other banking account, payment may be considered an e-cheque. Paypal e-cheques will not be shipped until Paypal provides verification of payment. This requires 3-5 business days from the date that checkout is completed.

Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer
Ohyeah accepts payment by way of direct deposit, bank transfer (clearance required prior to processing). There are two ways you can pay using direct deposit/ bank transfer:

1. You can transfer payment to us using Internet Banking
2. You can deposit funds into our account at our bank branch

Where possible, please ensure you enter your eBay username or last six digits of item number as the transfer description.

Money Orders, Bank Cheque and Personal Checks
We accept money orders, Bank cheque and personal checks (written in Australian dollars and drawn on a Australian bank) Please note that Personal Cheque orders may be held for up to 7 days after receiving your check for clearing purposes. Payment is expected to be mailed within 3 days of completing checkout. Please include a copy of your order with your payment. The payment mailing address would be provided when you check out.

Return Guidelines

• All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please contact us to request a number.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes.
• Restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be applicable.
• Refund will be issued on the product price (and applicable sales tax) only. Original shipping is not refundable.
• Items must be received in the same condition as they were sold and must include all inserts, accessories, if applicable, and include a RMA# clearly written on the box.
• All items will be inspected prior to refund being issued.
• Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the item.

Shipping Mishaps
We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. If anything happens to your package in transit, please contact us ASAP. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.

If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Item condition
We guarantee the accuracy of each product description. Our product specialists take great effort in accurately describing and rating each item. If you feel the item is not accurately described, please contact our customer service department to request a return. Please note that our standard return policy does apply. If we determine that the item was inaccurately rated or described, we will issue you a complete refund, including original and return shipping.
