THESE ARE WHAT WE CALL FACTORY SECONDS.THEY MAY HAVE SOME SCUFF MARKS,CRACKED CASINGS,CHIPPED LENSES OR TINT STAINS OR RUNS ON THEM.THESE ONES HAVE BLACK TINT ON THE FRAMES.HENCE THE LOW STARTING PRICE...NONE OF WHICH AFFECTS THE INSTALLATION OF THEM & THEY STILL LOOK PRETTY GOOD.TINT IS DARKER THAN PICTURE SUGGESTS.THEY JUST NEED A BIT OF SANDING OR STAIN REMOVING TO MAKE THEM LOOK SPIFFY.
