OUR GOAL	Our goal is to provide diamonds, gems and jewellery at affordable prices.  We purchase all our stock direct from the source and manufacturer, saving you hundreds, even thousands of dollars in jewellery store mark-ups. The exact quality of the gem or gem parcel is always listed, so please read the descriptions carefully and refer to the tables at the bottom of the page.
PAYMENT INFORMATION	You MUST use your Ebay ID as reference details when Direct Bank Deposit is used or we will be UNABLE TO TRACK YOUR PAYMENT. Failure to use Ebay ID or Ebay item number will result in lengthy dispatch delays while we attempt to track your payment. PAYPAL payments can be made in US or AUD dollars.
NON-PAYING BIDDERS	All non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay and negative feedback will be left. Please DO NOT BID unless you intend on paying.
POSTAGE & HANDLING	Postage & Handling charge includes packaging, handling, postage, and insurance.  Please be aware the label on the parcel will only show the postage costs and not the added charges for full insurance.
0 (ZERO) FEEDBACK BIDDERS	Due to the high number of non-paying bidders, those with 0 (zero) feedback are required to make IMMEDIATE PAYMENT for their items. Thank you for understanding.
RETURNS	PLEASE READ THE LISTING CAREFULLY. 100% of the purchase price will only be refunded if the item is lost or damaged during transit or is not as described.  If you simply change your mind, a 10% restocking fee will apply.  So please ask any questions before the end of auction.  Postage and handling is NOT refundable. If you wish to return your items, please email us on office@thesbmgroup.com.au and we will give you the return/refund information.  The Seller reserves the right to refuse any refunds if the returned item/s are damaged, altered or changed in any way.

1.  We are diamond, gem and fine gold jewellery wholesalers located in Queensland.  We have a wide client base both national and international with excellent feedback.

3.  All our diamonds and gems are tested and are 100% natural.  We never sell man-made gems of any kind.

4.  Our in stock items are shipped direct from our office in Queensland.  All our ordered stock are shipped from New York to our office in Queensland where they are inspected to confirm size and clarity.  It is then packaged and delivered to our customers.  We DO NOT drop ship any of our items.  Every item we sell leaves from our office.  All listings will state whether an item is "In stock and ready to be shipped" or the order delivery time.

5.  We have a money back guarantee on all our items.  If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange a refund.  We realise it can be daunting to purchase expensive jewellery and gems 'sight unseen' so we do our best to give our customers peace of mind.

All our diamonds are tested on the Diamond Selector 2 and are guaranteed genuine.   We understand there can be a lot of fakes out there, so we welcome our customers getting our items checked by qualified valuers for their peace of mind.  If you wish to have them verified, we do ask that they be assessed by an independent gemological valuer (such as a member of the Gemmological Association of Australia or National Council of Jewellery Valuers)  and not the local jeweller.  Local jewellers may have a vested interest in your business and will not always give you an accurate assessment.  To get the most accurate assessment always use unbiased, independent valuers.

While we endeavour to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions, all weight measurements and sizing are approximate only.  We use an image library unless otherwise stated.  Please refer to item description for exact specifications.
