This three wheel pram is a Valco Runabout Deluxe with toddler seat and is in reasonable condition.  The seat can lay flat for your baby. The seat can be easily raised or reclined by two different zips on either side.  It does not restrict the use of the pram.

The toddler seat easily clips and screws on to the pram.  It is black and in good condition.  It also has a harness.
