I haven't used this for about 12 months but it does work. I built a new computer with new parts and so I have this left over along with some other bits and pieces (see my other auctions).
The copper heat sink is meant to fit on top of the CPU to transfer the heat and keep the CPU cool.
There is a variable speed knob which can be fitted to the outside of the PC case so you can vary the speed of the fan as is necessary.

Medium to Large items can often be sent by courier and we have found from personal experience that the best and cheapest to use are Air Road Direct.
You can arrange the courier yourself or we can do it for you but you will have to agree to the quoted price and pay before item is shipped.
We will always pack items as carefully as we can and will only add a small fee on top of the postage to cover any packaging materials needed to send the item safely.
