Up for bid is a Velodyne V-810-B Powered Subwoofer. This subwoofer is used but in good cosmetic and functioning condition. This unit shows minor signs of use with a few surface scratches and a few snags to the grille (see pictures). This subwoofer looks good from normal viewing distances. This subwoofer is fully functional and currently houses a M and K 8 inch subwoofer. I will also include the original Velodyne subwoofer. It has a small tear in the surround that was repaired, and it funtions just fine, but i want the owners to have a replacement. This subwoofer features an 8 inch driver with a 10 inch passive radiator for good bass response for small to medium sized rooms. Perfect for apartments. I do not know the offical wattage, but i would guess it is around 150 watts. It has a lot of power, and does not take much to get the subwoofer moving. You have to keep the gain turned down or you will blow the subwoofer, it has that much power. I wanted to upgrade the subwoofer with a car audio subwoofer to see exactly how much bass i could get out of it, but i never got around to it. This velodyne subwoofer was made in San Jose, CA, and measures 15.5 x 14 7/8 x 14.75. This The amplifier has a volume control, as a well as a frequency adjustment to dial in your bass.
