Up for auction is a obviously very old sterling silver napkin ring, with a very ornate, engraved pattern. It measures 1.75" wide, and 1.5" tall, and weighs 1 oz (29 gr). The inscription is "Jennie." From the style and overall wear, the napkin ring is quite old.  Any hallmarks have long since disappeared, but I had it tested as sterling, and will guarantee its authenticity. The napkin ring has a top to bottom seam that is not soldered, and looks like it never has been (see pictures 5 and 6). But there is absolutely no damage involved. The napkin ring is in remarkable condition, with no dings.
