This older Waterman's fountain pen is in overall nice condition, works properly and writes nice. The pen measures 4 5/16" long. The inside diameter at the cap opening is a tad less than 7/16". The imprint on the barrel reads "Waterman's Ideal Fountain Pen / Reg. U.S. Pat. Off.". This pen is free of major defects but does have a crack in the lip of the cap. Nothing that will impede it's use. Otherwise, you can see  normal surface wear for a pen of this vintage when you view the surface with a magnifier. The filling system for this pen is a lever and bladder. It is not working properly and will need restoration. The nib of the pen is a medium point and it writes exceptionally nice. This is a rare, older pen for your use or collection. Thanks for your interest in my auction.
