Very early black signature Cabbage Patch Doll-VINTAGE

UP FOR AUCTION  is really adorable Cabbage Patch  girl, with dark brown woolen  hair, which is tied back into two ponytails .

She wears a non original pinafore style yellow dress, with a little cotton t'shirt underneath.  She has little socks on, that are like baby socks.

She is in very good, clean condition. Her face has a few slight scratches & clear rubs, but only slight. There are two tiny grages/scratches on her right cheek, but they are tiny.

She has a black signature on her bottom, indicating that she was one of the rarer early dolls.

Her side tag is intact,  and reads:
1978,1982 Original Appalachian Artworks Inc  Mfg. for Coleco Industries Inc   Amsterdam,NY 12010.

The nape of the head reads: copy 1978,1982  Original Appalachian Artworks Inc. Manufactured by Coleco Ind Inc.

The number 2 is lightly embossed at the bottom of the print and the number 75 is in raised embossing next to it.

All stitches appear intact, except a tiny finger top stitch, 1 on the left hand pinky. This is hardly noticeable.  Her left leg stitch at the back of her leg is a little looser that the right side, but still intact, which makes her knee fatter than the other side, that is pulled in firmer.

She is regretfully being sold off from a huge collection, that will slowly be listed also!

If you are a collector, keep an eye out as I will probably be listing at least two per week!
