• Full payment must be made within 72 hours after auction close/purchase date, if any problem with the payment, please let us know. Unpaid items will result in a filed dispute to eBay.

• Our standard shipping cost does not include tracking service. Buyers are suggested to add extra USD 2.00/GBP 1.00/AUD 2.00 for registered airmail with tracking service. We will not be responsible for any loss during delivery if you do not ship with registered mail. 

• We only ship to Paypal confirmed address.(Buyer are response to confirm shipping address), no exceptions. Buyers have to pay the re-shipping costs due to invalid/wrong address provided.

Combined Shipping Discount

• First item must pay FULL shipping cost.

• For each additional item, the combined shipping discount will be offered, In that case, USD1.00/GBP0.5/AUD1.00 will be deducted from the original shipping cost,

• The bidding of all items eligible for combined shipping discount must end within 3 days.

• Do not settle the payment until you have completed all our auctions. Once you click on “PAY NOW”, you will not be able to combine additional auctions, No Exception.

• We only accept the DOA(Dead on arrival) item for replacement, item must return within 10 days after the date you received. Please contact us and describe the problem before you return the item.

• Please must show the item number clearly on the box/parcel.

• Buyer are responsible for all the shipping cost during the refund and exchange process, we will pay the shipping on the replacement.

• Refunds will be offered when we are out of stock for replacement, the refund will not include the shipping cost.

• Refund & replacement will not be accept for items with signs of abuse or intentional damage, Buyer is responsible to keep the item & packet in good condition.

• It may take 7 business days to process your return from the day we receive your item.
