Postage and Shipping

Items are sent via Australia Post:

With in Australia: 500g satchel post pack  $5.70

·          Please contact us for prices regarding international shipping.

        Registered post within Australia is an additional $2.80

·          Please note that we are unable to track items after they are posted unless you have opted for registered post.

·          Combined Postage is available.

·          All items are posted via Australia Post - pick up is not an option.

·          Item will be sent within 1 - 2 business days upon receipt payment. It takes 2 -5 business days to arrive (depends on the state you live in)

·          Please ask for Registered if you have concerns regarding the mail, as we do not refund for missing mail.

·          IF YOU NEED PRODUCT URGENTLY please make special arrangements with us and choose Express post.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via email regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. If you see any defects, damages, or material differences with your purchase outside of those noted in the description please let us know and we will do whatever we can to fix the problem.

We will issue a refund under the following conditions only:

Where the item is significantly different to the description in the listing

Refunds are NOT issued for items damaged in the post, where no insurance has been paid for.

The item once it leaves our hands, it is no longer our responsibility.
