These two very heavy pair of Victorian Entree dishes dating to late 1800's/early 1900's are in excellent condition. They are stamped to the front Redman's Cafe Bolton. Appropriately stamped to the base for John Sherwood & Sons of Birmingham, respected silversmith of the period, research suggest this maker ceased operations c. 1913. Measuring 12" inch and 10.5" inch long respectively, they are in excellent condition, being A1 EPNS they are extremely well plated, showing very minor marks and pings in places commensurate with age, but are in overall fabulous order. Each one has a nicely fitting lid with a finial handle to the top. Two compartments in each - they will make a superb addition to any smart dinner table this festive season!. A super pair of Victorian quality tableware, highly collectable and yet remaining totally practical today.
