A quite wonderful antique silver plated salver standing on three extremely decorative feet. The border is particularly pretty with a raised cast grape and vine decoration. The interior is exquisitely engraved and finished with an aristocratic stag armorial crest.Perfect for collecting the mail in the entrance hall or as always an exquisite serving piece from drinks, to canapes to petis fours.A good early piece dating to around 1840 remaining in excellent condition with some minor rubbing around edges, commensurate with age and mentioned purely for accuracy. Measuring 10 inches in diameter. Item ID: 31254 -------------------- FREE Registered Worldwide Airmail Included.
