I have up for auction a pair of 1940's childrens Junior Police handcuffs and whistle on a cardboard type paper.  As you can see the paper portion is torn and has been taped.  Please look at all the pictures.  I took quite a few so you could see the wear on the cuffs, etc.

Some of the pictures make the paper look more perfect than it is.  There is wear.
