Vintage Coffee Carafe by... Thermos 1984



Thermal carafe by Thermos 1984, style name Renate #450 made in West Germany. This vintage carafe is  cream color and features a screw on top that opens with a half turn for easy pouring without removing, and screw off bottom with a pink glass inside liner instead of the usual silver. Measures 10-1/4" tall to top of lid and holds 32 ounces. Designed to keep coffee steaming hot for more than 8 hours without reheating due to the glass filled vacuum insulated liner. Outer shell is made of polyurethane.

Better than excellent condition with no cracks or dark coffee stains inside or out. Looks hardly used. Squeaky clean inside and out. The outside color used to be lighter, but has darkened slightly over time. Shipping weight is over 2 lbs.
