Elegant and classic vintage Black Velvet Dress ~~ c 1960s ~~ designed by ANNE FOGARTY ~~ ILGWU label ~~ sleeveless, jewel neckline, side chest darts, slash front hip pockets laced with black velvet roping ending with velvet bow (one section needs a few stitches), 23" rear center Talon zipper, completely lined in black rayony fabric.

In very good pre-owned vintage condition ~~ velvet is thick and lush ~~ showing very minimal underarm wear ~~ wonderful addition to your vintage wardrobe for that special holiday function!

Measurements laying flat:  15 1/2" shoulder;  19" underarm to underarm across front;  32-33" waist around;  20" hip;  42 1/2" rear center length;  45" hemsweep.
