AUSTRALIANA DOILIES






Two vintage Estate hand embroidered doilies with Australiana fauna and flora.

The lovely large linen doily with hand crochet lace edging depicts a map of Australia with National and State wildflower emblems and native fauna.

There are Koala, Kangaroo and Dolphins, and wildflowers are Wattle, Cooktown Orchid, Waratah, Gum Blossoms, Kangaroo Paw, Sturts Desert Pea and Native Fuschia, all beautifully hand embroidered and colourful.

The second smaller is a 20cm circular doily, also linen with hand crochet edging, depicting a standing kangaroo.

Both excellent condition. A must for the collector.
