A lovely bright blue spice canister made by MARQUIS, Australia. Made of either bakelite or a very early hard plastic. Lid fits onto the base via a bayonet style attachment (no thread, but semi screws into place via male and female connectors). Has a lovely ridged lid edge and three sets of vertical streamlines spaced evenly apart on the base. No chips, no cracks, no stains. No label present. Measures approximately 8.7cm high, 7.5cm diameter on lid, 6.2cm diameter on base. Base is marked "MARQUIS, Aust., MFJ8". Excellent used condition. Thanks for looking.
