Payment:
Payment is due within 10 days of auction end. I ONLY accept PayPal. This change has been made due to eBay's policy change that takes effect in Mid October 2008 which only allows payments to be made via an Electronic Payment Method. I am sorry for any inconveniece that this may cause my buyers. If not a PayPal member, sign up today. With PayPal you can pay with another PayPal Account, E-Check or Credit Card. If payment has not been received within 7 days, I will open an unpaid item dispute which will send you a reminder invoice. Once the payment is received, I will close the dispute and there will be no strike against you. If payment is still not received, I will close the dispute, you will receive an unpaid item strike.
Shipping:
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
All my items have a $3.00 shipping and handling charge. This covers cost of materials used for packing and shipping your items and insurance. All items will be shipped with insurance unless you request First Class Mail which cannot be insured.
I am more than happy to combine shipping on any of my items that can be safely shipped together. Local pick up is always an option. I ship safely and securely usually within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment. There is a shipping calculator on all my auctions. If you have any special shipping request, please contact me BEFORE BIDDING. I am flexible and if you want a different shipping method or have any special request. SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS NOT NEGOTIABLE AFTER THE AUCTION HAS ENDED.
NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Due to change in USPS Shipping options, I can only ship either International Priority or International First Class Mail. First Class mail is only up to 1 pound. After that it HAS TO BE International Priority. If you wish me to calculate shipping cost for you I will need your Country and Zip code.

Money will be refunded only if merchandise has been seriously misrepresented. Buyer will be responsible for returning the item at their cost. Upon receipt of the return item, purchase price and original shipping cost will be refunded.
