Vintage 1940's Art Deco era float bowl trough vase.  Made from pottery with a mottled green and mauve glaze and applied leaf design to the top.  It is unmarked though Im thinking either Australian Pottery or English.  It has a small chip from the top outer rim - I have taken a close up photo.  The vase measures 19cms diameter x 4cms high.
