Vintage Doll's Pram +mattress&pram set ExclCond (1950s)

 This lovely doll's pram is from the early 1960's. (Could be 50's, because it has metal spoke wheels - from before plastic came in)  It has been carefully restored, keeping the integrity of the original features intact. It looks almost new.  It has it's original hood, which is in very good condition except that there are a couple of pin prick size holes in one side, but can't be seen unless one looks very hard!  It is the 'larger' size - the wooden body measures 24 inches (61 cms) long and it is 29 inches (74 cms) from the floor to the handle.   This model (which was made by Barnes, I think) never had the chrome finishing, so it has been finished as the original, with silver paint - which matches the trim on the sides.  The mudguards have been repaired with pop rivets for strength and they really enhance the pram.  The hood has hood protectors on the corners, and there is a new quilted mattress and hand made attractive pram set, comprising coverlet and pillow with lace trim.   A great Christmas gift for a daughter or grand-daughter or a wonderful display vehicle for your dolls or teddies. Pick-up only in Blackburn South in Melbourne area - too big to post!   However,  if necessary, I can deliver within a reasonable distance for a small extra charge, just  to cover petrol.  Also, I travel to the Bellarine Peninsula quite often, so could meet a buyer in GEELONG or the BELLARINE area.
