Unusual piece. The 1919 Australian One Penny copper coin has had an enamel floral design placed on one side of the coin. There is a brooch pin which has been added at a later date as it appears to have been hot glued in place. The enamel is in good condition apart for a couple of spots missed due to air bubbling near 2 o'clock on the photo. Weight 12 grams.
