DESCRIPTION: This handsome mahogany bookcase cabinet from the United Kingdom takes up relatively little floor area, yet it provides plenty of useful storage space. The top section has sturdy adjustable shelves behind the three astragal glazed doors, perfect for your books or for dislaying trophies or a special collection. The base section has lots of hidden storage in the three drawers and cabinets. A very attractive piece of furniture, this would also be a very practical addition to your home.
CONDITION: Very good for a vintage item. Strong and sturdy. Soundly constructed, featuring beautifully grained mahogany veneer inside and out, this bookcase is in very good order for its age. Minor signs of wear (small nicks and dents) which do not detract. There are some scratches on the bench top, but the majority are not on view as they are hidden underneath the bookshelf section. All the glass is intact, the bookshelves are quite sturdy and adjustable to several positions. The shelves in the bottom cabinet rest on fixed supports. There is a lock on each of the doors; all the locks work - they are keyed alike and four keys are supplied. This item separates into two sections for transporting. Carriers in TRUCKS to pick up only from our storage unit in SMEATON GRANGE, 2567 adjacent to Narellan/Camden. Please let us know after the auction has ended which type of vehicle will be used for pick up so we can give you the correct address.

Cash on pick up is available if the item is picked up within a week. (We do also accept Paypal - but it is NOT our preference due to the extra cost involved.)
• invoice: We usually invoice at the end of the auction night. We will also email you our contact information, the pick up location and times, and payment instructions.
• delivery: Buyer to arrange for delivery. We advise you to make enquiries and get quotes before you bid, ensuring that your courier will wrap your item for delivery. We can recommend the following couriers:
