Vintage Girl's Dress

Red and white striped dress. Sweet, Peter Pan collar in sheer white. Skirt is red and white with an overlay of sheer white. There is a red and white stripe along the center of the skirt. Buttons up in the back. There is a white tie on each side that ties up in back for the perfect fit.

Measurements: Across Shoulders - 13, Chest - 28, Waist - 27, Hip - 40, Length - 23.

Excellent condition. The collar is tacked down, but one side is loose.
