Vintage Glass Lamp Shade Opaque & Floral Unknown Maker

You are looking at a wonderful very old, vintage glass lamp shades in opaque glass with a floral design around the bottom...This was made by an unknown maker....  It is in vintage shape with a few rough edges along the top and bottom edge which could be filed or sanded smooth again. There is one small chip along the the bottom edge.  The shape is a little like a bell.  There is a floral design in relief all around about 2" of the bottom which has been painted in beiges and green on the inside.  This gives the outside of the design a muted look where the glass is opaque.  The outside of the top area has no chips or cracks that we can find.  It has fine lines in relief from the top edge to the floral design.  Both top and bottom need a little TLC, but nothing terrible.  The color is white opaque.  The bottom is approximately 3 3/4" across and the top opening is approximately 2" across.  From top to bottom the shade is approximately 4 3/4" long.  This is from an Estate, has been in storage for several years and may be a little dirty.  I see in the pictures, that this "dirty" look shows a little.  I will try to give these a preliminary bath and if very different in looks once this is done, will post some additional pics.
