SIZING -
BEFORE YOU BID!!!! PLEASE take note of the measurements provided! I measure everything I sell and provide that info to you. Especially with children's clothing - all children are different sizes at different ages so to avoid buying something that doesn't fit, whip out the tape measure and take the measurements of your child to compare. No matter what brand, the Age size does not necessarily compare to the Label size! Logically, I cannot be held responsible if I provide measurements, you buy it and it doesn't fit. I CANNOT STRESS THIS HIGHLY ENOUGH!!!!! Do NOT assume an item will fit you, there is NO such thing as universal sizing, and variations between brands in sizing can be vast! MEASURE!! Please e mail me if you'd like more photos of anything but DON'T ask me to model clothing or footwear.....sheesh......
REFUND POLICY - See above, because I measure everything I sell and provide that info to you, I will not refund if an item does not fit. I am happy to provide extra
measurements to you if you want to be certain it will fit. I will refund if I have made an error in the listing and described something inaccurately, or if the item arrives with flaws that I have missed and not described in the auction. If an item goes missing in the mail - which almost NEVER happens - I will lodge forms with Australia Post on your behalf.
CONDITION OF ITEMS - I sell a mixture of pre loved and gently worn and also brand new items with or without tags. All my clothes are from a smoke-and-pet-free home! I check all items carefully when listing and again when mailing - I believe in being totally honest with my bidders and I want you to be really happy with what you buy. I only sell great quality items.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS - are welcome! PLEASE NOTE that Aussie sizes and US adult sizes are NOT the same! Check measurements carefully! All international bidders can use Paypal and US bidders may use US money orders.
AUSSIE BIDDERS PAYMENT OPTIONS - I accept Direct Deposit either online or through a bank branch or Australia Post Money Orders or Paypal.
AUSTRALIAN POSTAGE - I charge EXACT postage at the cheapest rates I possibly can and I do NOT charge a handling fee. Light, flat items can be sent as a Large Letter, parcels under 250 grams at small parcel rate, 250-500 gram items in a small prepaid satchel, over 500 grams in a large satchel but if you're in QLD postage rates for items over 500 grams are CHEAPER. Larger items will be sent as cheaply as possible. Please check the weight of each item stated in every auction. If I use an envelope I charge just 20 cents for that.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE -
Postage prices vary depending on the weight of the item so if you're not sure please e mail me for a quote before you bid. I will send things internationally via Airmail or Sea - your choice. I am happy to combine items to save you postage. I will also send via Letter Post where possible for an even cheaper rate. I never charge a handling fee! Please note Australia Post are discontinuing their Economy Air rate as of September 2006.

- *Please don't be alarmed if I request your contact details through E Bay if you are my high bidder; like many sellers I have had problems in the past with bogus bidders, and with any financial transaction it's always best to know exactly who you're dealing with. *Please do NOT ask me to end an auction early, that's not fair to you or to me. It's almost impossible to predict how much a certain item will eventually
sell for, thus to sell it at a lesser price cheats me, and to sell it at a higher price would possibly cheat you, as you may
well get it at the opening bid. I will not sell an item for less than the opening bid, so your best option is to BID. Is that not what an auction is for???
